3. PATCH it to 9.1.0 (NEVER Patch it to 9.2.0 !!!), cause we'll use Manual Update for Patch 9.2.0.
4. Follow the instruction that included in this download file.
5. Bravo! Now, you can play FM2009 with Patch 9.2.0 without any Activation Dialog Box anymore.

What you need is to REINSTALL your FM2009 game and Delete Football Manager Certificates in Application Data\Sports Interactive folder.
Then, PATCH your game to 9.1.0 (NEVER Patch it to 9.2.0 !!!), cause we'll use Manual Update for Patch 9.2.0.
After you patch to 9.1.0, then follow the instruction in the download files.
When you enter the activation key using online activation, it will say that the key is not valid, but don't worry. Close the activation dialog box.
Make sure you've blocked Football Manager 2009 (fm.exe) in your windows firewall.
And then, try to run the game from desktop shortcut.
Now you won't find any activation dialog box anymore, cause the game directly enters the game screen. And it has patched to 9.2.0.
